A confirmation email is sent to you once your order is placed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming it's on it's way. Lastly, you'll receive an email once your order has been delivered.

If your order has been placed, but has not yet been shipped, please contact info@cossinony.com immediately for address changes. If your order has already shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to change your shipping address.

International orders are subject to additional shipping and duty fees.

Standard orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Express orders usually arrive within 1-3 business days.
